I have been working with people in my 30 year career, developing new staff to supporting the development of individuals into senior positions. Though much of my career has been working in IT, delivering projects, delivering to deadlines and bringing in new ways of working. My enjoyment has been in watching individuals grow and build on their strengths. Working with individuals to become a strong high performing team. This is based on getting to know individuals and helping them solve their day to day problems taking into account their personal situation inside and outside work so that the person.

This passion to work with people has helped me understand what's important for an individual and for them to find a solution that will work for them. Everyone will find their voice if the solution is true to their core beliefs.
